This phrase I think can help people who do not know me to understand better how I am. I consider myself an absolutely enthusiastic, emotional, close and with a clear vocation to learn and improve on a day to day basis. If you are going to teach me something new, I will always have time for you. From my work I will say that I love to treat, manage and train people and although sometimes it is hard to deal with the personal circumstances of each one, it is a tremendous luck to have a job in which personal contact enriches you so much thanks to being able to treat and meet the people. That's what I do and that's what I like. On the other hand and as the years pass I realize that technology is in everything and everyone and I have also been bitten by that bug, so my next challenges are to bring the world of HR to the world of technology and methodologies agile (Scrum).
